How many complimentary room nights will I receive during the membership year?

Each member will receive a coupon for a complimentary room for one night.  Members will also receive special discounted room rates during their membership period.  These rates will usually be lower then the regular Kama’aina rate, and offered exclusively to the Escape Club Members.  Certain black out dates will apply.

Is the Escape Club similar to a Time Share program?

No, it is a loyalty club for Kama’aina, (Hawaii Residents) and is valid only at Turtle Bay Resort.

How long is the membership valid and will it be renewed automatically?

The membership is valid for one year from date of purchase and will not be renewed automatically on the expiration date.  The membership may be renewed at any time during the year.

How many memberships am I allowed to have?

You are entitled to as many memberships as you like.

Will I get my money back if I change my mind?

We do not offer a money back guarantee.

Is the Membership transferable?

Yes, the memberships may be purchased and given to friends and family.  Once they do receive the membership, we request that they contact us to give us their information.  We are striving to make this membership club as unique and custom as possible, so it is helpful to know a little bit about our members.
